Chicken Pot Pie
This classic comfort food is easy to make and oh so delicious! Ingredients: 1 box Pillsbury Pie Crust – 2 crusts 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 3/4 cups chicken broth – low sodium 1/2 cup milk 2 1/2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken or turkey 3 to 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables - the amount depends on the size of your pie pan. Three Amigos Chili
This version of chili is a family favorite.
