Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie

There's something about that first sign of rhubarb that just says summer is coming. From pies and crisps and sauces - rhubarb is a favorite for many mid-westerners.
A healthy and refreshing smoothie is my favorite way to use rhubarb.
A perfect balance of sweet and tart that feels like a treat, but it's packed with healthy ingredients! Let me know if you try it.
Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie (Gluten Free)
1 scoop Strawberry Life Shake *
1 scoop French Vanilla Life Shake
¾ cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup chopped rhubarb
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp cinnamon
1–2 tsp honey
Optional:1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp lemon zest
To make: Blend all ingredients together. Add ice as desired and blend again.
