Pina Colada Protein Bites

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dates
2 scoops Pina Colada Life Shake (so yummy!)
3/4/cup shredded coconut
2 Tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
Use a high powered blender of food processor to process the dates with about 2 Tbsp of water until well chopped
In the mixer or another bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Roll into 1 inch balls
Roll the balls in additional coconut to coat
Refrigerate or freeze - I usually freeze them on a parchment lined cookie sheet and then transfer them to a air tight container and store in the fridge
The mixture will be a bit sticky, but if the mixture is too sticky, add additional oats. If it is too dry add additional most ingredients
