Here is a delightful way to power up your morning!! Packed with protein, fiber, prebiotics from ancient grains, vitamins and minerals, and omega fatty acids, your body will love it almost as much as your taste buds do!
Ingredients:
2 scoops (1/2 cup) Pina Colada Life Shake
1 cup Greek Yogurt or Milk of Choice
2 Tbsp Instant or Quick Oats
Directions:
Mix Life Shake, liquid or yogurt and oats in blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
Topping Ideas:
Pineapple Chunks, Coconut Shavings, Sliced Banana, Chia Seeds, Almonds, Granola
