This will be your new favorite granola recipe!

It is easy to make, healthy, and delicious all by itself, or as a topping on your favorite yogurt, fruit, or ice cream.

Ingredients:

3 cups old fashioned oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup nut butter (I love sunflower)

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a small bowl mix wet ingredients. Stir the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture out onto the parchment lined pan, spreading into a flat layer. Bake for 20 - 22 minutes or until starting to turn golden brown. Let cool completely before breaking apart. Store in an airtight container.

Recipe makes about 4 1/2 cups
