Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are light, fluffy, and packed with salted caramel goodness. Perfect for a weekend breakfast or post-workout meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup oat flour

  • 1 scoop Salted Caramel Life Shake

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Splash of pure vanilla extract

  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix the banana and egg.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.

  3. Cook batter on a pre-heated, oiled pan over medium-low heat, flipping when golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
