Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are light, fluffy, and packed with salted caramel goodness. Perfect for a weekend breakfast or post-workout meal.
Ingredients:
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/4 cup oat flour
1 scoop Salted Caramel Life Shake
1/2 tsp baking powder
Splash of pure vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
Mix the banana and egg.
Combine the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
Cook batter on a pre-heated, oiled pan over medium-low heat, flipping when golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
