The Eyes Have It

Seeing clearly can help you experience life more fully.


Tips for caring for your eyes include:

  • Prioritize regular eye exams

  • Wear sunglasses with UV protection

  • Avoid excessive screen time

  • Nourish your vision with foods rich in lutein like spinach and other leafy greens 



    If you spend several hours looking at a screen (computer/phone/TV etc.) each day, you will want to do all you can to protect your eyes. Make sure you take regular visual breaks by looking out a window or at a distant location and make sure you are intentional about blinking - it helps to keep your eyes moisturized.
