Tips for caring for your eyes include:
Prioritize regular eye exams
Wear sunglasses with UV protection
Avoid excessive screen time
Nourish your vision with foods rich in lutein like spinach and other leafy greens
If you spend several hours looking at a screen (computer/phone/TV etc.) each day, you will want to do all you can to protect your eyes. Make sure you take regular visual breaks by looking out a window or at a distant location and make sure you are intentional about blinking - it helps to keep your eyes moisturized.
