When the sun’s out, I want to be out too. Bike rides, walking trails, family reunions… I love soaking up every moment.

But many people experience knees that say, “Not today.”

Whether its that slow rise from the chair, the wince when stepping down the porch steps, or the “I’ll see you when you get back” response to the bike ride invitation,if your knees are impacting your fun —you’re not alone.
